1. Who We Are

IELTSTyari.com (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by RupIELTS Institute, based in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. We provide online IELTS and PTE Academic practice tests, AI-powered writing and speaking evaluation tools, English grammar exercises, and related educational content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use IELTSTyari. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian before using our services.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform — including saving your test scores and accessing premium content — you must create a free account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use IELTSTyari only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any test content, questions, audio files, or materials from the Platform without our written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Platform’s functionality
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or misleading

5. Paid Plans and Payments

IELTSTyari offers free access as well as paid plans (Mock Test and Premium) processed via PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
• Prices are displayed in Canadian or US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Access is activated within 30 minutes of successful payment confirmation from PayPal.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing test content. Email [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID.
• Once test content has been accessed, refunds are generally not available.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any plan or feature at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on IELTSTyari — including but not limited to test questions, audio recordings, written passages, AI feedback systems, design, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of RupIELTS Institute or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute any content from this Platform without express written permission.

IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP Education, and Cambridge Assessment English. PTE Academic is a registered trademark of Pearson. IELTSTyari is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to these organisations.

7. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

IELTSTyari uses artificial intelligence to evaluate Writing and Speaking responses and provide predicted band scores. These AI-generated scores are estimates intended to help you identify strengths and weaknesses in your preparation. They are not official IELTS or PTE scores and should not be used as a substitute for official test results. Actual exam scores may differ from AI predictions.

8. Accuracy of Content

We make every effort to ensure that our practice tests, band score guides, and educational content are accurate and up to date. However, IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring criteria, and immigration requirements change periodically. We do not guarantee that all information on the Platform is current or error-free. Always verify immigration and exam requirements with official sources before making decisions based on information found on IELTSTyari.

9. Third-Party Services

IELTSTyari uses third-party services including Google Analytics (for site analytics), Google AdSense (for advertising), and PayPal (for payment processing). These services have their own privacy policies and terms of use. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that these third parties may collect and process data in accordance with their own policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RupIELTS Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve a particular exam score.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
