Common Questions

I registered but cannot access my tests. What should I do?

Make sure you are logged in with the same email address you registered with. If you purchased a Mock Test or Premium plan via PayPal, please allow up to 30 minutes for access to be activated. If the issue persists after 30 minutes, email us with your registered email address and PayPal transaction ID.

I paid via PayPal but my account still shows Free access.

Payment activation can occasionally take up to 30 minutes. If your account has not been upgraded after 1 hour, email us at [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID and registered email address and we will manually activate your access.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Go to the login page and click “Forgot your password? Reset it here.” Enter your registered email address and you will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive in your inbox.

Can I get a refund for my Mock Test or Premium purchase?

If you have not yet accessed any tests after purchasing, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your refund request. Once tests have been accessed, refunds are generally not available. Email us at [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID to submit a refund request.

I am a teacher or institution. Can I get bulk access for my students?

Yes — we offer institutional and group access arrangements. Email us at [email protected] with details about your institution and the number of students, and we will get back to you with options.

How do I report a technical issue or bug?

Email us at [email protected] with a description of the issue, the page or test where it occurred, and if possible a screenshot. Please also include your browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 124, Safari 17).

✅ For the fastest response, always include your registered email address and — if relevant — your PayPal transaction ID when contacting support.
